Somente a localização e o que valeu a pena
O apartamento tem móveis velhos colchões sujos com manchas sem capas de proteção sem ar condicionado por ser um país de calor deveria pensar em um ar condicionado. Sofa muito sujo janelas e portas de vidros também precisariam passar por uma boa limpeza. Pia do banheiro vazando água pelo cano enfim garagem muito mal destribuida sempre temos que esperar o porteiro abrir a garagem e quando não se tem vaga no andar de cima vc precisa ficar cuidadosa pra não bater nas colunas por ser bem estreito
