Tout😀😀😀 l accueil l emplacement du camping c est notre deuxième visite et nous reviendrons en famille tout est a proximité. Un resto un supermarché extérieurs a très bon prix. Des banques ....

Cute cabin, with everything needed for 2 adults. Lovely large shower, toilet, and washbasin. Double bed with bedding, sofa, table and 2 stools, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, hob, fridge/freezer, TV, heater, small deck with furniture, hand towels and toilet roll provided. Washing up bowl (no kitchen sink) and basic kitchen equipment and utensils for 2. Very clean. Peaceful village location, with bakeries, Carrefour supermarket, petrol station, cafe/bar, takeaway, etc within walking distance. There is also an Aldi and car charging point nearby. Small French campsite with mobile homes and a few camping pods and this lovely cabin. There was also a small swimming pool boules (didn't use these). Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Easy drive to Plopsaland and Dunkirk.

Par la présente, je vous introduit une réclamation concernant ma réservation au Camping Préjoly du 11 au 18 septembre dernier.
Des mon arrivée ce n’est pas un chalet qui m’était destiné suivant ma réservation, mais une chambre d’hôte sans penderie, cuisine, Lave-vaisselle, sèche-linge, lave-linge, etc.
Juste valable pour passer une nuit !!!
Après de grosses discutions, la direction nous à proposer un chalet 2 chambres en remplacement avec un supplément de 122.78 € à payer et bien sur sans les commodités que vous m’avez détaillé sur mon document de réservation 4162.635.825. Code confidentiel 3509.
J’estime donc que votre engagement n’est pas respecté et que votre publicité est mensongère.
La direction du camping estime que votre publicité n’est pas correcte sur votre cite Internet et vous a d’ailleurs prévenu.
Par la présente j’ose espérer un remboursement Total du supplément de 122.78 € que j’ai dû payer ainsi qu’un dédommagement pour location et accessoires non conforme à la réalité.
