at the foot of Ventoux, the new and modern house of 110 m2 is located in the countryside but not isolated it is 15 minutes from Carpentras, 35 minutes from Avignon and 3 km from the gorges de la nesques
The house is spacious, comfortable and bright with fully equipped kitchen and large living room.
The garden is closed, private parking with also a closed garage for a car and your possible bikes.
You can take advantage of the covered terrace sheltered from the sun or spend a moment around the swimming pool on the outdoor terrace which is equipped with deckchairs. The pool is 6.5m x 3.5m with a depth of 1.50m
Regarding reservations between June 15 and September 15, we only accept from Saturday to Saturday or 7 nights.

Mooie, ruime woning met groot terras. Het zwembad is super bij een temperatuur van ca. 30 graden. Ruime garage voor auto en fietsen. Rustige omgeving op ca. 2km van dorpskern (bakker, cafeetje). Ideale uitvalsbasis voor fiets- en wandeltochten. Zeer goed restaurant op wandelafstand (1,5 km) tussen de wijngaarden.
