The gentleman serving breakfast in the morning was attentive and very friendly and the housekeeping service was excellent. The hotel is basic but that is what you expect for the price and we felt it was a great benefit that we could use the facilities at Hotel Savoy.
There wasn't anywhere to lock skis away - the ski room isn't accessible to the street but is to the other guests.

Very clean with good mattress and pillow.
Very nice connection to the wellness spa of the Savoy Hotel.
Good breakfast! and nice man attending it.
Did not have a little refrigerator in the room, nor a water boiling for a tea.
No public transportation during the working days to Cortina, but just very expensive taxi (140 euros).
I had a dinner at the Savoy for 50Euros but the main course wasn’t good (cheap cooking).

Una menzione speciale al personale molto gentile e disponibile sia a ciasa nives che hotel savoy.
Cena ottima sia per qualità che a livello di scelta dei piatti.
Alloggiavamo a ciasa nives, nonostante fossimo consapevoli che la SPA si trovasse presso l’hotel Savoy ( 1km circa in machina) ci aspettavamo un minimo di organizzazione in più.
Noi come gli altri ospiti di ciasa nives eravamo costretti a lasciare gli accappatoi per la SPA nel armadietto della ski room e/o cambiarci in ski room / bagno non dedicato con continuo andirivieni di altri ospiti e personale del’ albergo. Il tavolo riservato per la cena era nella sala bar e non insieme agli altri ospiti, quasi come discriminati.
Il Padrone dell’ albergo riprende i dipendenti davanti agli ospiti.
Spero che con la ristrutturazione l’organizzazione legata alla logistica di ciasa nives migliori,ahimè immagino aumenteranno anche i prezzi.
