Very clean and tidy room! There was normal refrigerator too. The beds were really comfort. Parking availability was a plus. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy.
No sink in the kitchen. We didn't need one, so it's ok.

About 15 minute walk from city center, 5-6 minute walk from Lidl, 10 minute walk from local bakery. Clean, perfect for a 3 day stay for our family of 4.
The neighborhood isn't fancy (various mechanic type shops around), but even so we never felt unsafe and it's great value for money.

It was clean and secure. If all you need is a bed, shower and toilet I would recommend this accommodation.
It also had a small balcony with 2 stools. Ideal for a bit of fresh air.
The heating (air-conditioning) worked well.
The bed was a little firm, but i slept well.
You have to keep the bathroom door shut, or you will hear the water running from another apartment.
Once the door is shut, it did not disturb me.

Free parking was very important to me so 10/10
(parking spot was a little tightbut my car was small enough to fit)
Self checking worked ou fine for me. just folowed the instructions sent to me in text
A/C int the room was great
Quiet neighborhood
Good elevator
They have a plastic bowl in the room for laundry
A little nice of running water from the plumbing pipes. was bearable
