Room design of wooden details, balcony, cleanliness, staff kindness and availability, breakfast, reasonably priced
As the apartment is close to the main road, road traffic is annoying in early mornings if you have windows opened as for the ventilation. Hot water in shower is not consistently available, so you have to sometimes wait for it few minutes to warm up, seems there is a slight problem with heating system, but not much of an issue however.

Location was very good, close to ski lifts and many hiking trail options. Great restaurants in he local area.
The staff was polite and answered all our questions, although their tone felt more tolerant than genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was good. Compared to other places we stayed during our tour of the Dolomites, this was our least favorite.
