The apartment is located in Rüdesheim-Assmannshausen above the town center. Due to the excellent location, you not only have a very nice view, you are not bothered by the train, as is the case on the Rhine.

The apartment is located in a 6-family house. All other apartments are rented long-term.
The apartment has space for your wishes. The apartment can accommodate from two to 6 adults without having to give up enough personal space. In addition, a child up to 5 years old can sleep in the parents' king-size bed at no additional cost.

Large place with separate bedrooms, large living room and well stocked kitchen. Our family of four was comfortable during our two night stay. We had good communication via email with the property. The view of the vineyards was amazing with small view of the river from our lower unit. It is on a big hill so a bit of schlep into the small commercial district and driving a stick was tricky, but parking was easy. Place was clean and stocked with the minimum, but one bathroom sink didn't work and linens didn't seem totally clean.

Perfect location and a great view. All good things to say, except maybe a few fans in the apt would have been nice. It was extremely warm.

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf die Weinberge. Leider fehlte uns Weinfreunden aber etwas an der Ausstattung. Es waren nur 3 Weingläser und 2 Sektgläser vorhanden. Bei 4 Erwachsenen ist das etwas wenig. Auch müssten Teller, kleine Schüsseln, Besteck und evtl. Eierbecher mal wieder vervollständigt werden. Was bereits schon mal angesprochen wurde ist das Licht. Im Wohnzimmer ist die Deckenleuchte recht wenig und duster und zum Lesen auf dem Sofa ungeeignet. Und im kleinen Schlafzimmer wäre ein Nachttisch mit Lampe vorteilhaft.
Ansonsten hat es uns aber gut gefallen.
