About this apartment rental

Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Dorfzentrum mit Rathaus und Maibaum (ca. 150 m entfernt) von Unterwössen. Die Nichtraucherwohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock, und ist gut ausgestattet mit Blick auf die Chiemgauer Berge. Im Garten können Sie die große Liegewiese mit Freisitz, ausgestattet mit Grill, Liegestühlen, Gartentisch, Bank und Gartenstühlen nutzen. Bis zum Musikpavillon mit unserem Kurpark und der Kneippstrecke in unserem Wössner Bach sind es immer nur ein paar Schritte. Bäcker, Zeitschriften, Lebensmittelmarkt, Tourist-Information, Postfiliale, Bushaltestelle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (max. 200 Meter), der Fahrradverleih ist 400 Meter entfernt. Am Wössner See, unserem idyllischen Badesee, ist der Eintritt frei (1,4 km). Die Gastronomie mit Seeterrasse ist auch ein beliebtes Ziel für einen Abendspaziergang entlang des Wössner Baches.
Die Ferienwohnung mit Blick zum Garten und zum Hochgern besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche mit Sitzecke, zwei Schlafzimmern, einem separatem Kinderschlafzimmer, einem extra WC und einem Bad. Die Einbauküche hat einen Elektroherd mit vier Platten, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Heißwasserkocher und im Kühlschrank befindet sich ein integriertes Gefrierfach. Das Badezimmer verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, WC, Badewanne und Dusche. Die zwei Schlafzimmer haben je ein Doppelbett, das Kinderzimmer zwei Einzelbetten. Die Wohnung hat Kabel-TV und im Schlafzimmer einen Radiowecker. Nichtraucher!

Everything was as promised or better, and the hosts were very helpful. The super clean and new apartment with easy free parking was the perfect spot for our family to relax and enjoy the alpine region. We wish we could have stayed longer!
