About this house rental
This luxurious holiday home is suitable for up to 9 people, is located in Schmallenberg-Holthausen and is approx. 20 km from the famous ski area Winterberg. Holthausen is a beautiful village between the hills of the Sauerland. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
The house with 150 sqm consists of a basement with storage room and shower and toilet, a first floor with a large living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and toilet and a second floor with 3 large bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. A large balcony with a view of the whole area.
Next to our house there is a beautiful garden with a lawn.
The tourist tax (€ 2.00 per night per adult over 14 years) is not included in the price and will be charged separately.

Comfortable and beautiful holiday home, with large bedrooms and bathroom. Definitely big enough for 8 people. Kitchen was very well equipped. Large selection of DVDs and other various things to do. Would certainly come back again!

Uns erwartete ein großzügiges, sauberes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Noch besser war der riesige Garten, in dem wir fast das ganze Wochenende verbracht haben, da es zu heiß zum Wandern war. ( Und das Schützenfest gab's gratis vor der Haustür). Alles in allem ist das Haus wärmstens zu empfehlen.
Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
