Can you remember? Especially on vacation you are looking for a special place. You will find this here. A house, it is in the middle of the small town Marienberg. Marienberg, centrally located in the Erzgebirge, was founded in 1521 as a subsidiary of Annaberg. The historic center has been a World Heritage Site since July 2019. It is a completely regular town. It represents the first realized Renaissance plan town north of the Alps. You will find a house that looks small from the outside, but with its considerable depth of more than 20 meters it offers an excellent space for everyone. The most important patron of the city, Friedrich Willhelm Heinrich von Trebra, a close friend of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, was the owner of their own home. This can be felt today. These spacious rooms invite you to meet friends and acquaintances and have a great time. It was certainly like that more than 200 years ago. We have tried to give each room a very individual character, similar to a living museum with all the amenities of today. In Marienberg you will find a cinema, Saxony's most beautiful water park, restaurants, cafes, various museums about the mining history u. S. W. This is all within easy walking distance. The Erzgebirge is always worth a visit. Uniquely beautiful, it invites you to hiking, climbing, skiing and cycling. In the courtyard you can relax wonderfully. On the ground floor of the house is a bicycle exhibition of historic bicycles and a small Naturheilpraxis. These entrances are separated from the apartment separately by a windscreen door and you will not feel it. The living spaces extend over the first and second floors.

This house is magnificent! A real charm and delight. Interesting history and something really quite different .It was the perfect size for a group of x 10. Kids loved the cinema. Thank you very much!

Die Unterkunft war super schön, sehr groß und verwinkelt. Mit dem Garten, den großen Aufenthaltsräumen, dem Tischtennisraum und dem Kino ist für jeden etwas geboten.
Einige Schlafzimmer sind nur durch andere Schlafzimmer zu erreichen, was für Familien mit Kindern optimal ist. Falls alle vorhandenen Betten von Erwachsenen belegt werden sollen, sollte man das jedoch bedenken.
Die Lage ist zentral direkt im Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt ums Eck. Zwar liegt die Unterkunft direkt an der Bundesstraße, davon ist im Garten und im Haus jedoch nichts zu hören.
Alles in allem war es ein tolles Wochenende bei perfektem Wetter in Marienberg.

Ein sehr interessantes, riesiges Haus mitten im netten Ort Marienberg. Jedes Zimmer ein kleines Museum. Unsere Großfamilie (2-80J) hat sich wohl gefühlt. Kinder Highlights waren Tischtennis, Kino und viele Spiele. Prima Kommunikation mit sehr freundlichen Vermieterin.
