About this apartment rental
Apartment situated on the ground floor in a renovated farmhouse with private garden furnished for outdoor eating and relax. Shared pool. WiFI.
Excellent position, not far from Lucca and close to a restaurant/pizzeria.
The farmhouse has been recently restored and divided into eight units of which only a few are habitually utilized. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature in one of Lucca's wine regions "Colline Lucchesi" which produces excellent wines. In this area there are also a lot of olive groves used in the preparation of the famous virgin olive oil from Lucca.
The swimming pool 12 x 6,50 mt with a varying dept of 1,20 mt to 1,50 mt is situated close to the house and it's shared with the other guests. It is completely fenced but children in or around the pool area must be under adult supervision at all times.
The house has been restored with great care trying to preserve as much as possible of the original style.
The apartment Mandolo is on two floors and consists of:
Bright living room with sofa bed (1 adult or 2 children) , fire place, satellite tv, kitchen corner (gas hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine).
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower (hair dryer). Aircondition in the bedroom. WiFI.
Heating and washing machine. Private parking inside the property, heating.
The last 450 mt to the property is gravel road.
Other: Restaurant/pizzeria km. 1,2 - supermarket in the village of S. Alessio km. 2,6.
Distances: Lucca km. 5 - Pisa km. 25 - Versilia beaches km. 23 - Florence km. 75 - Garfagnana km. 40.

We had a really great time. The location of the Apartment is perfect, very quiet but not far away from lucca,Pisa. Further the Apartment is very well equipped! Also the outside area is very nice. The Pool is perfect to relax and you can sit in the frontthe back of the Apartment to enjoy the sun. Thank you for this amazing experience in Tuscany. We would definetly come back!

Lovely, quiet secluded apt. in the countryside yet a short drive to Lucca and other towns in the area. Pisa 30 minutes, Cinque Terre 75 minutes.
Beautiful pool and grounds. Nice market close by along with some quality restaurants. Vipere especially appealing. Patio with stunning views.
Highly recommended.

Nice quaint place to stay away from Lucca. Getting to the house is challenging, but once you are there it is easier. We enjoyed our stay
