- das DanCenrer-Büro, bei dem der Schlüssel abzuholen und abzugeben ist, befindet sich leider 32 Kilometer entfernt / - der Stromverbrauch des Hauses mit ca. 10kwh/Tag erscheint uns sehr hoch, trotz ausgeschalteter Heizung und niedriger Boilertemperatur

Die Lage ist super, dennoch sollte man das Haus nicht als " Anglerhaus" bezeichnen. Man kann zwar beim Haus vom Strand angeln, aber mit Fische fangen ist es doch sehr schwierig, da der örtliche Fischer seine hundertmeter langen Netze direkt vorm Strand auslegt. In der Umgebug (ca. 20 km Fahrt) gibt es aber genug Put and Take Seen (Roedekro, Krusa etc.) oder auch genug Möglichkeiten in der Ostsee zu angeln.
