About this house rental
The extensive, modernly renovated and newly furnished house in June 2018 is located on the edge of the Roompot Beach Resort holiday area. The "Sophia beach" (flat, little surf) is about 300 meters, the marina is 200 meters away. The famous, long and wide "Banjard" beach can be reached via the dike path in about 3 km. Also about 3 km away is the large inland water "Verse Meer". Here are a variety of water sports (e.g. Sailing, surfing, water skiing, canoeing) possible.
The tropical swimming paradise Roompot is about 200 meters away (admission is not included)
From the house you can take varied walks along the water and through marsh landscapes.
The area is very suitable for varied cycling tours.
From the balcony you have a wide view of fields and dikes. A garden with a meadow is one of them.
Several playgrounds are in the immediate vicinity.
Also nearby (next to the swimming pool and bike rental) is a youth leisure center (chill zone)
High chair, baby cots can be borrowed from our manager for a reasonable fee, as well as bed linen and towels on request.
The combined living and dining area is on the upper floor.
Below are three bedrooms (1x double bed and 2x2 single beds) and two bathrooms (shower or bathtub)
Unusual holiday homes, we have invested in box spring beds and high quality mattresses.
Supermarket, pizzeria, café, bike rental and surf rental are a few hundred meters away.
Trips:
Delta barrier and Neeltje Jans (water park with attractions)
Veere, Zierikzee, Goes (beautiful places on the water with the old town)
Middelburg (historic city with very good shopping opportunities)
and of course Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp
Note: Arrival on Sunday is only possible in exceptional cases and hardly in the season.

Für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, großes Wohnzimmer.
Terasse in westlicher Richtung, daher nachmittags und abends Sonne. ( wenn sie denn scheint). Werden wieder kommen.

Sehr angenehme Lage am Ostrea Roompots, Terrasse windgeschützt, und nicht direkt am Yachthafen. Haus wie beschrieben mit allen Annehmlichkeiten von zuhause. Direkt an den Fahrradpisten, Yachthafen, Strand auf 5 Minuten.

Zu viert ist das Haus sehr großzügig. Unter Schlafen oben Wohnen, ist genial wenn man den Ausblick übers Land ( bis nach Veere ) beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon genießt. Allerdings kamen mit dem Feiertag so viele Menschen aus der Stadt mit „K“ ( und drum herum, aber das sind dann plötzlich alles Kölner... auch wenn Sie Kennzeichen SU, GL, BM, NE etc. haben) und sich alles morgens im Supermarkt trafen an und im Fischgeschäft in Trauben standen, als ob es kein Corona gibt. Sehr bedenklich... in den Restos muss man Reservieren bis Max vier Personen an einem Tisch mit Maske wenn man nicht am Tisch sitzt. Draußen geht alles einfacher... ansonsten halt Zeeland, wie immer wunderschön. Diesmal plus Antwerpen ( ohne Touris ein Genuss Kirche, Bahnhof) und Gent fast schon zu schön - am Sonntag mit Sonne aber auch schon bedenklich voll. Gerne immer wieder... Sand, Wasser und endlose Radwege.....
