About this house rental
Holiday cottage located in Rødhus approx. 150 m from the North Sea. Cooker with ceramic hobs. Large, hilly plot with dunes, close to a plantation with good hiking trails - a very scenic area. Well-equipped kitchen. There is a sauna and solarium. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Both a covered and an open terrace.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Overall, a solid choice for a group holiday, The house was clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for our stay, The beach is just a stone's throw away, which was fantastic, Although there were a few minor hiccups with the Wi-Fi connection, it didn’t overshadow our experience, We enjoyed exploring the local dining options too,

The holiday home met all our needs as a family, The bedrooms were comfortable, and the living area was inviting, We appreciated the covered terrace where we enjoyed our meals while watching the sunset, It's a quiet area, making it easy to unwind, Just a heads-up, the final cleaning fee was a bit steep, but overall, we had a pleasant stay,

Die schöne Lage in den Dünen und die Nähe zum Strand. Man hört das Meeresrauschen im Schlafzimmer. Das Haus ist durch die vielen Fenster lichtdurchflutet. / / Wir sind in diesem schönen Haus nun schon seit vielen Jahren. Leider verschlechtert sich der Pflegezustand dieses Hauses. Z. B. lassen sich bestimmte Fenster und Türen kaum noch verschließen. Hier wären Instandhaltungsarbeiten dringend erforderlich. Ansonsten macht man es etwaigen Einbrecher sehr leicht, da sie nicht verschlossene Türen oder Fenster vorfinden.
