About this house rental
Completely renovated (2014) holiday cottage with whirlpool located only approx. 50 m from the North Sea's beach. From almost every room of the house and of course also the plot there is a panoramic view over the North Sea and Ferring Sø (lake) in the background. The same is true from the roof terrace which also offers stunning panoramic views. Here you can enjoy dinner prepared on the grill as the sun sets over the North Sea. The house is tastefully furnished with comfortable kitchen with ceramic hob, separate built-in oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Dining area next to the kitchen. Large bedroom with double bed and good closet space and on the 1st floor you have a very large bedroom with double bed and sitting area with comfortable furniture from which you can enjoy views over the North Sea. Living room with comfortable furniture and a TV and a stereo with CD player. Separate living room with wood-burning stove and sweeping views of the ocean and beach. The house is heated with environmentally friendly heat pump via the building's central heating system. There is a large bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, whirlpool and comfortable underfloor heating.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Spacious and well-furnished cottage, The living room was super comfy for chilling after a long day, The bedrooms had plenty of space too, I liked that it was non-smoking, made for a fresh feel, The hosts were friendly and helpful, Overall, a great place for a family getaway, Can't say enough about the beautiful views of the North Sea!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house with an amazing location and panoramic view at the end of July 2021, However, the house was a bit disappointing as the photos on the ad seem to have been taken some years ago and the house could use a good cleaning and some maintenance, We felt the price was too high due to the unsatisfactory cleanliness and upkeep of the property, There were only 2 sun-bathing chairs on the very nice terrace roof but the house was rented to 4 adults, The spa bath was not completely functional, On the other hand, the bedrooms were lovely with comfortable beds and ample cabinets, dressers and closets to keep your belongings, Our rating of the house would be a 5 if we only took the location and view into account,
