About this house rental
Well-kept cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located on a large dune plot only approx. 200 meters from the sea in the scenic surroundings at Grønhøj Strand. From the living room there is a nice view of the dune area, while from a high point on the plot there is a little sea view. The house is continuously modernized, most recently in 2008. There is a living room in open connection with the kitchen, five bedrooms and two bathrooms with underfloor heating. From two of the bedrooms there is direct access to the terraces. The decor is tasteful and modern with solid furniture in Danish style and matching color choices in the decoration. The large windows ensure a nice light in the living room and an unobstructed view. Internet connection is 80/80 and the TV in the living room is a 49 & # 8221; Smart TV. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace area. For cheap space heating and not least cosiness, a wood-burning stove has been installed. The plot is hilly dune plot that borders directly on the beach. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

We had a lovely time at this holiday home, It was clean and comfortable, with enough bathrooms for everyone, The outdoor barbecue facilities were a nice touch, and we had a great time grilling in the evenings,

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday home! The spacious layout was perfect for our group of ten, and the living room was a great place to gather after a day at the nearby Gronhoj Beach, Everything was well-equipped, and the sauna was a nice touch to relax in after a long day of sightseeing,

Leuchtturm in Lornstrup (Wander-Düne) ist sehr zu empfehlen! / / Leider bin ich mit den Kosten vom Haus nicht einverstanden. Im Pool-Bereich war ein Fenster so undicht das eine menge Sand im Pool-Haus lag. Zudem kommt denn der erhöhte Stromverbrauch hinzu, weil die Kälte nur so rein zog. Im Service-Büro meinte der Service das sei normal! Darauf hin kam Sie mir nicht entgegen und hat nur den Pool-Techniker hingeschickt der es bisschen mit Panzertape zugeklebt hat. / Wenn ich so ein teures haus Miete, die Strom+ Wasser-Rechnung sich auf 700 Euro berechnen finde ich es frech. Das wäre eine 3 Woche Urlaub was nur die Nebenkosten betreffen! Und das die Stromkosten so teuer sind ist ja kein Wunder wenn die Kälte so rein ziehen kann! Ich hätte eine Entgegenkommen der Nebenkosten verlangt. Aber sowas wie beim DanCenter habe ich noch nicht erlebt!!! / Das war das erste und letzte mal, dann lieber Sonne und Strand!
