About this apartment rental
This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The living area has a queen size sofa bed. Upstairs in the loft there is one queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The downstairs guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs in the loft there is a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Place. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it very comfortable for all 9 of us. Also, we were glad to have a washer and dryer with an infant and toddler in our group. Check in was easy. And it's in a great location, right off the parkway so it's quiet. It's near the bypass to Pigeon Forge so you can skip Gatlinburg traffic. Only cons was the sliding patio doors off the main bedroom stuck a bit. We just used the one in the living room instead. And the carpet must have been dirty because the kids bare feet were black! We made sure socks were worn. Everything else was spotless. Some in our party saw bears on the property just about every day, too.

This condo was perfect for us. We had family members coming from 3 locations. We loved that we were able to stay in one condo instead of being spread out in hotel rooms. This is not our first stay at Park Place and it won’t be our last either. We love the location- walking distance to town yet right on the river. We love having our own kitchen. The dining table was perfect size for games and eating. Also, having a washer and dryer is a bonus. We love Park Place and are already looking forward to next year. ❤️
