About this house rental
A well-arranged holiday cottage with a large, integrated whirlpool and sauna. There is an activity room where you can play billiard, dart, table tennis and table football. The house is built with high quality materials and is well-proportioned for several families. There is a bed loft with plenty of space. The living room is tastefully arranged with quality furniture and a wood-burning stove. On the large plot that surrounds the house, children can use the swing ,sandbox and trampoline (used at own risk/insurance). The house is at a central location on Rømø close to town with restaurants and shopping. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
