Welcome to this spacious 145m² summer house, beautifully situated in the scenic surroundings of Fjellerup Strand. This location offers a true nature experience; look out from the terraces and plot to spot wild deer running nearby! Surrounded by the inviting Meilgaard Forest, the house is perfect for walking, running, or cycling adventures, and you are just a quick five-minute walk from an excellent swimming beach. Designed for relaxation and entertainment, the house features a dedicated wellness area where you can unwind in the indoor, two-person spa bath or enjoy a session in the four-person sauna. For competitive fun, the house is excitingly furnished with an activity section including billiards, table tennis, and a game console, giving children (and adults!) plenty to do. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washer, and dryer. High-speed internet and TV are also provided. The home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across five bedrooms (three with double beds and two with four-person bunk beds). Two modern bathrooms with heated floors ensure comfort and convenience. Nearby amenities are easily accessible, with both a restaurant and a shop just 1.0 km away. With its modern furnishings, activity options, and fantastic access to nature and the coast, this non-smoking house offers the perfect blend of luxury, activity, and tranquility.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
