About this house rental
Holiday cottage located on a 7000 m² natural plot, half of which is located in the protected dunes. In the area there are plenty of opportunities to take walks in the beautiful dune landscape. The house has wooden walls inside and out, and contains many details. Combined kitchen and dining room with cosy beamed ceilings. There is a smart TV in the house with Appel-tv. All the walls are natural wood and there are tiled floors throughout. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom and in the living room's sitting area. The original house was built in 1983 but renovated in 2004. Includes bath with sauna and whirlpool. Large south-facing, sheltered partly covered terrace. Electric charging stations are installed in the house, REMEMBER even cable. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

We enjoyed our stay but found the decor a bit dated for our taste, Nonetheless, the location was excellent, and we appreciated the electric charging stations for our car, A practical choice for a holiday home,
