About this house rental
This holiday cottage with both indoor and outdoor prefilled whirlpool is located on 8730 m² secluded natural plot. The large windows ensure a lot of natural light. The living room has high-vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and comfortable furniture and a play corner for the children with i.a. table football and airhockey. Prefilled whirlpool and sauna for relaxation. Combined washer/dryer. There is also a freezer of 150 litres. There is various play items for the children e.g. sandpit, swing and jungle gym. Free admittance to water park, fitness and golf. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

I stayed here with my family and we had an amazing time, The whirlpool was prefilled which was such a nice surprise, The kids played for hours outside, and I loved how peaceful the area was,

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist toll,ruhig und ein nicht einsehbares Grundstück. / Mit 8 Personen kann man das Haus allerdings nicht belegen, da es nur ein WC gibt.Das befindet sich im Bad.Die Kojen sind allenfalls für Kinder nutzbar. / Der Vermieter müsste dringend in das Haus investieren:Staubsauger, Dach hat Pilze ,Anstrich und Schimmel im Bad. Es wäre schade, wenn das schöne Haus verkommt.
