This holiday cottage has an elevated location on the 1st house row by the sea, with a fantastic panoramic view of Limfjorden. The house is bright and well-maintained and equipped with comfortable furniture. The kitchen is combined with the living room and has i.a. ceramic cooker and fridge. The living room has a flatscreen TV and a wood-burning stove. From here you can enjoy the amazing ocean views. 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with underfloor heating. Please note the beds are 190 cm long and stand from wall to wall. Large shed with extra fridge and freezer and plenty of space for storing fishing gear etc. Both an open and covered terrace by the house, where you can enjoy your dinner from the barbecue grill while admiring the sunset. The floor-to-ceiling height is 1,90 m. The washing machine has a capacity of max. 2 kilos. Buy groceries at the nearby camping grounds, where you also find a café and playground.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
