Ottima posizione, garage molto funzionale e casa completa di tutto. In particolare il salotto richiama molto l'atmosfera di montagna. Estrema flessibilità del proprietario, molto presente e gentile. Comunicazione facile e percezione di "supporto" continuo che fa sempre sentire degli ospiti graditi.
L'appartamento non è recentissimo, ma tutto più che compensato dalla gestione e posizione della soluzione.

Die Lage war perfekt, nur wenige Schritte zur lebendigen Ortsmitte von Fiera mit vielen Restaurants und Geachäften. Die Aussicht war auch herrlich. Außerdem gab es einen Garagenstellplatz. Die Wohnung war relativ groß, vorallem der Flur ist sehr geräumig. Alessandro, der Vermieter, war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.
Die Küche war veraltet, der Kühlschrank ließ sich nicht regulieren, er hat auf jeder Stufe extrem gekühlt, es war wenig Platz, praktisch keine Abstellfläche. Die Einrichtung war altmodisch, 80er Jahre Stil, viel dunkles Holz und dadurch dunkel. Es gab eine Eckbank und ein bequemes Sofa.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole weekend in questo appartamento a Fiera (tecnicamente Tonadico). La posizione è molto tranquilla (si sente lo scorrere del torrente in lontananza). Pregevole il fatto che sia vietato fumare e portare animali. Il posto auto è nel garage seminterrato. La cortesia di Alessandro è una sicurezza.
Manca la cassetta di sicurezza.
