Great location, within 2mins walk to Ostende Renbaan Tram Station. Nice frontal seaview. Easy to collect keys and check out, high responsiveness of hostess. She gave us great restaurant recommendations on arrival. The appartment itself was spotless with basic kitchen equipment for a few days. Supermarket within 5-10mins walk, restaurants at the doorstep and Kinepolis 2mins walk. Fast wifi & comfortable for both leisure and working remotely.
The temperature was so high we needed to keep the window open to sleep at night. The shower and bathroom sink pipesystem would benefit from a deeper clean as the water wouldn't drain properly. A few smaller kitchen knives, salt & pepper - would have been a plus, as we enjoy cooking. The mattress is on the softer side. We loved staying here and will return as the overall value for money was phenomenal. Thank you!

It can only be improved if you can just provide a table fan to the apartment because sometimes it could be a but hot inside specially during the night in summer season

Staff, location was fine. The view was what we expected.
There was no microwave (had been on the list of facilities). Bed was badly positioned for getting in and out. Poor ventilation, had to leave the front sliding door open to get air and then the traffic noise was to loud for sleeping. No soaps and shampoos holders in shower cubicle and was not supplied. The decor was getting old and dated, floor showed wear and patches. Sofa badly faded and worn.
