excellent lay out, beds need updating and cleaning needs to be a little better but overall excellent value for money good location, good seating area in the garden.
the single beds weren’t very comfy.

Good location for the show ground. Nice open plan living area, great for a group. Good size rooms all on-suite
The bed in the old stone room was lumpy and creaky, the carpets had some suspect stains, the wall looks mouldy and smells a little damp, the shower was a trickle and had no rubber so water went on floor.
The carpet in the other double room needs replacing as threadbare. But least the shower here was good.
We were 2 hours late into the property as they forgot we were coming and it needed cleaning. The “welcome” basket wasn’t changed, so had an open bottle of fizzy and an empty bottle of processo in! Though we were given biscuits and crisps the next day.
The owner was nice on our last day when we had no water due to a frozen pipe.
