Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and breakfast options were varied.
The sound insulation is not very good as you can hear people talking in the corridor on the same floor as well as others. In addition, doors need to be repaired as since they do not close well, they need to be pulled more strongly hence increasing the noise. Another point to mention is the need to repair the shower grout and replace the rusty towel warmers that don't work.

The stay was as planned, hotel offers great accommodation. Employees were extremely helpful, willing to help and very kind. Breakfast was good, all you need for a start of the day. Recommended
All was superb, just the walls seem a bit tiny and in the evening you can hear door slamming, water opening, shower running from neighboring rooms, but not so stressful you can not enjoy the stay :-)

The room was an ok size. Checked in was quick & easy.
Breakfast was ok
The staff didn't really bother to offer us any bike or boat activities. They didn't really speak much at all.
We had communicated with them the day before arrival about the train strike to see if they had any rooms available but never heard anything back.
