The house is located close (10 min walk) to the train and bus stations from which you can explore nature, historical places, small towns and villages of Cote d’Azur and more.
Large supermarkets are located walking distance from the place.
The house is not far from the beaches (30 min by car/bus/train) and night life on the sea site.
The place is great for nature lovers - couples on their romantic weekends or honeymoon, holidays with friends and families – 4 guests + 1 temporary.
International Nice airport is 30 min by car. You can also get there from the house by bus or train.

We’re a family of 4 with our dog and we rented the house for about a week to use as a base for visiting the area. It is comfortable, clean and well equipped. We were well taken cared of by Anna and her assistant.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes, neues Haus, in dem alles da ist, was man braucht. Es liegt ruhig im Industriegebiet. Mehrere Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Netflix vorhanden, wichtig bei Urlaub mit Teenager 😃

Great holidays in this place, it is calm, and the garden is on the side of the house which gives on the small road reserved for the inhabitants of the district.
There is a supermarket very close to the house.
Anna's welcome and assistance is great, if we have any questions we can ask her she is very approachable and friendly.
We were able to enjoy the barbecue and the terrace, our dogs were very happy too.
There is absolutely all the necessary equipment to stay, it's great, in the kitchen area, laundry room etc, all in very good and modern condition.
Thank you again Anna for this stay, we hope to see you soon.
