Sadek’s apartment is wonderful! It’s spacious and worked very well for 2 people, but could even fit 4 because there’s one big bed and a couch bed in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped and the large balcony with a view of Cap Canaille is great to have a meal or a drink on. Sadek is very responsive and gave us very detailed entrance instructions. He was also easy to communicate with if we had any questions during our stay.

Highly recommend!!
First, Sadek is very kind and communicative. He made sure to send us personalized videos of the check in process when we told him that we’d be getting in later than expected. He made sure everything was in the apartment that we might need, including a beach umbrella, snorkels, and flippers! His English is not fluent, but he tries very hard and always gets his point across soon enough.
Also, the apartment itself is wonderful. Do not be fooled by the parking garage across the street in the photos, it is *amazingly* located, within less than a block of the stairs down to the pedestrian port area. It also has an AC unit that works well, which is fairly rare there in my experience, and essential with these heat waves.
The kitchen is small from an American point of view but plenty spacious for France.
Last, the fold out couch bed is the most comfortable couch bed I’ve ever experienced.

Accueil top par des gens charmants.
L'appartement est idéalement situé à 2min du port à pied (commerces déjà à la sortie de la résidence) et avec une belle vue sur le cap Canaille.
Propre, bien aménagé et bien équipé.
Places de parking surveillées dans la résidence.
2 détails un peu gênant pour nous en été.
La clim est très bien mais le logement étant au dernier étage, ça cogne et difficile de rafraîchir correctement la chambre avec de hautes températures (un split dans le séjour).
Pas de volets et les rideaux ne sont pas assez opaques donc le matin il fait jour dans l'appartement.
Mais dans l'ensemble, excellent rapport qualité/prix pour nous.
Nous avons été très satisfaits de l'appartement et du contact avec les propriétaires.
Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location !!!
