Luigi is da man that makes this apartment worthwhile!
He waits for you and checks you in.
He can arrange private taxi to take you straight to the apartment. So glad we did- we would not have coped with the chaotic driving and walking as first timers to Napoli. Also cars cannot really enter the historical areas easily especially bigger cars.
Rooms were clean, kitchen with basic amenities.
Shops at the doorstep! Pizza, pasta, groceries, cafes, bars, everything!
2 metros nearby - Duomo and Dante.
Easy walk to Via Toledo, Maradona area,
Only downside was no washing machine although advertised as “laundry facilities provided”

had an amazing stay at La Casa su Nilo! The location in Spaccanapoli is perfect, with everything within walking distance. When I arrived, Luigi was right there downstairs waiting for me. He was excellent, providing all the information and advice I needed about the city. Luigi is also a great reader with profound knowledge of world literature. Anna was very kind and always ready to help.
The room was spacious with high ceilings—definitely the highest I’ve ever slept in! The bathroom, decorated with blue ceramic tiles, had a sense of royalty and a touch of summer freshness. The bed was super comfortable—I slept like a baby every night. I would give a 12 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommend!

We loved the location, however the small room with shower in the middle became very hot and humid and the AC didn’t work very well.
