Die Lage ist perfekt, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die große Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Blick auf die Weser ist mega.
Die Stühle und die Matratze könnten mal erneuert werden.

Die Lage war super zentral wir konnten alles was wir geplant hatten zu Fuß erreichen . Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig es hat uns gut gefallen.
Es waren keine Parkplätze bei der Wohnung, wir haben im Parkhaus geparkt was direkt beim Haus war

Super zentrale Lage, alle Sightseeing-Punkte, wie Museen, Zoo und das Casino sind fußläufig erreichbar. Großer Balkon mit Blick auf die Weser.
Fenster sind nicht gut isoliert. Gerade bei starkem Wind sehr hellhörig.

Schöne Terrasse, helle Räume, die Lage.
Das Hochhaus selbst über dem Parkhaus und dem Shopping Center mitsamt Hauseingang ist schon eine Bausünde. Die Wohnung ist schön.
