About this house rental
Newly purchased beach house. Upstairs unit, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, vaulted ceilings throughout entire house. Just steps to the beach and bay and very close to shopping and restaurants. Two parking spaces in tandem garage. Very large master bedroom suite with large master bathroom.
Master has king bed, bedroom 2 has queen bed and bedroom 3 has full over full bunk beds. Pull out queen sofa in living room. Blow up mattresses available upon request. Beach toys, beach chairs and boogie boards and surfboard included.

Came here for a girls trip and everything was great! The house is beautiful and it was spotless. Great location to the beach and restaurants/shops. Would stay again!

We had the top floor. The house is beautiful, bright, & well decorated. Great location…short walk to the beach, coffee shop, restaurants & short drive to the grocery store. Check in was easy & garage parking was tight but doable. Would totally stay there again!

Nice and clean! Loved the modern decor. Very centrally located with access to every thing.Communication with property manager was fantastic from start to finish.

We recently stayed at this property and overall had a comfortable experience. The price was very fair for the area, and the unit was clean and well-kept. That said, I want to highlight a few things that future renters should be aware of.First, I missed that this is an upstairs unit, so if stairs are an issue, it’s something to keep in mind. Also, it’s very important to accurately indicate how many people will be staying at the property when booking.Lastly, this is not the kind of place you’ll want to use for any sort of gathering or to invite guests over, even if they aren’t spending the night. I received a message from the property manager warning that any extra people at the home could violate a city ordinance and would be reported. So while it’s great for a quiet stay, it’s definitely not ideal if you’re hoping to host friends or use it as a hangout spot.Just want to help others book with clear expectations. Thanks again for the stay!
