About this chalet rental
This family cottage has been completely renovated in an ecological way. Mountain spirit and rustic, it has all the necessary comfort for a pleasant holiday in the mountains. Spacious, it can easily accommodate up to 10 people and a baby.
We felt strongly that our cottage is a friendly, comfortable and welcoming place while making this place an eco-cottage in the concern of a reduced ecological footprint:
* solar panels for hot water and frost protection
* wood burning stove, double burning, for heating; wood provided
* additional convectors in the bathrooms
* water savers
* ecological maintenance products made available and included in the rental
Southern exposure, terrace and balcony without vis-à-vis
Located at the foot of the slopes (accessible directly by ski from the chalet) and in a quiet environment without neighborhood, the shops of the resort are nevertheless within walking distance.
100m2 - 4 bedrooms - 2 shower rooms - 2 toilets (one independent) - fully equipped kitchen - laundry room - storage space - ski locker
Chalet directly accessible by car in summer and 150 m from the parking lot in winter (the trace is made to facilitate your arrival).
For heating, are included in the price of renting 400kwh. Additional consumption will be the responsibility of holidaymakers. A flat rate of 100 € (included in the deposit) will be requested at the time of booking which will be fully refunded if there is no overconsumption (on meter reading).
Linen not provided - Cleaning not included in the rental price.
Garbage cans are to be deposited by the holiday makers in the local bins provided for this purpose near the car park. In case of no evacuation of garbage and waste, 50 € will be deducted from the deposit.
STAY TAX: the tourist tax is now collected by the booking platform. We invite you to precisely inform the number and age of holidaymakers. This may affect the amount of tax collected.

Un séjour magnifique, des souvenirs inoubliables dans ce petit coin de paradis des montagnes ! Le chalet est très rustique mais bien équipé et spacieux. Le luxe est dans la rareté de l’emplacement et la beauté des lieux! Ajoutons à cela un accueil chaleureux et attentionné de notre hôtesse. Un grand merci à Geneviève et sa famille pour ces moments précieux !!!

Séjour satisfaisant dans l'ensemble.Reste à régler le problème de sécurité au niveau du poêle à bois ( système d'évacuation des fumées à revoir )

Chalet authentique idéalement situé, départ skis aux pieds, sans voisinage immédiat sans être trop loin du centre.
Quelques défauts liés à la structure ancienne en bois, parquets qui craquent, bien chauffé à condition d’entretenir le poêle à bois et tout confort quoique rustique. Idéal pour 2 couples avec enfants/ adolescents.Nous y reviendrons tous avec grand plaisir.
