Traditional stony house in Pelion Kissos. One of the oldest houses in Pilio that used to be the first library. It is renovated .
It consists of a ground floor & a1st independent floor (external staircase).
1st floor:
a) 1 large bedroom (king size bed) with fireplace wardrobe & office
b) 1 bedroom with double bed & large wardrobe.
c) living room with fireplace & 2 sofas
d)1 bathroom with bathtub,
e)large veranda with view
Ground floor:
a)kitchen with dining area
b)large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and small office
c)bathroom with shower
d) courtyard with big table and BBQ, garden
The space
The house is located in the traditional settlement of Kissos on a plot of 800 meters. This allows for a sense of privacy and comfortable space.
Guest access
You are 2-5 minutes from the village center , where there is the bus stop and the central parking, grocery stores, cafeterias, taverns, pharmacy, bar and bakery. It is also very close to the ski center and many beautiful beaches and other beautiful traditional villages!
As the house is located in the traditional settlement, parking is either in the central square of the village (3-5 minutes walk) or in a more inaccessible spot half a minute walk from the house.
The house has a barbecue in the ground floor courtyard.
