very friendly owners, very quiet location, delicious figs :) great air con (saved our sleep), availability of car parking, free wi fi, great JAZ beach nearby
very squeeky door between room and shared kitchen, lack of chopping board and big plates, very small frying pan, not possible to hang shower head on the wall

Lovely place with a beatiful yard, great location close to Jazz beach (one of the nicest beach in Budva, 5 min by car), also close to Budva old town by car. Free and safe parking place inside the facility. Full kitchen inside if you want to prepare your foods or sandwiches for the day🙂 apartment was perfectly clean, comfortable bed, free towels. No problem to reach hot water anytime and airconditioner was perfectly working. Staff was friendly, helpful and warm so you feel yourself at home. They helped us a lot when we had a problem with our car. Thanks for everything. I fully recommend this place.
