the location was easily accessible, rooms were spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults. Good view to the main street, apartment was clean and is quaint.
limited toilet paper (1.5 rolls), we had to buy our own after day 4 (stay was for 7 days). No laundry detergent provided, yet there is a washing machine. Usually if you offer washing machine detergent is provided. I understand it's not provided due to peoples allergies but that should be up to the guest to decide if they will use what is provided. Heating was also limited time & setting, we were cold for most of the night. You can turn it up but then it automatically adjusts and unfortunately it was super cold during out stay. Early evenings were great as you come home from the cold and the apartment was cozy but towards the end of the night it got cold as the heating was turned off automatically.

Good location, spacious apartment, well appointed kitchen. I had some interactions with the Joivy team and they were very helpful.
The apartment is cold, 2nd bedroom on the main road is quite noisy, beds are soft. Admittedly we live in Switzerland and are used to underfloor heating, triple glazed windows and like very firm mattresses.
The shared entrance is very grubby but probably not the responsibility of Joivy. The apartment is well worn, clean enough but part of a corporate chain and not the pride and joy of a private homeowner.
