good location, close to shops and public transport, good layout of the rooms in the apartment, terraces.
hygiene, hard mattresses, uncomfortable bathroom (everything gets wet), noisy neighbors.

Very clean and spacious apartment, with added value of private parking spot, which is a huge convenience for anyone coming by car. Host is very welcoming and attentive. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
Minor issue with the key for the building entrance door - it took several attempts to unlock the door. Key change might be needed.
