The location is great - right at the promenade. And the room still was very quiet - no noise from the street/bar.
A bit lack of maintenance: e.g., carpet in the room was really old. Also - very late check-in (16:00).

The staff was unbelievably accommodating. Probably the best staff for the entirety of my trip.
I had some issues with my shower, but it wasn’t the end of the world. It randomly turned on at like 2 o’clock in the morning.

Had to park on the street, and had to be gone by 8am to avoid parking fees.
