About this apartment rental
Our quiet house is located at 1000 m above sea level between Birchabruck and Eggen, or Air line between Deutschnofen and Welschnofen and offers 6 vacation studio apartment rooms with mini kitchen, as well as 2 vacation rooms each for two (max. Three) people. All rooms have balconies. Minimum stay three days.
Apartment 8 with gallery bunk in the cozy attic. View from the balcony to the southwest into the green to the mountain stream and forest in the midday and afternoon sun.
Catering, bed linen, towels and room cleaning in self-service.
A cozy lounge with a basic stove on the terrace floor is ideal for large groups and invites you to a sociable evening.
It is located in the Eggental valley below Eggen, surrounded by forest, meadow, water on the rushing mountain stream, only a few minutes by car from the SkiCenter Latemar / Obereggen. All studio rooms with mini kitchen, satellite TV, bathroom, central heating are equipped with French. Double bed, additional bed, table, two chairs, closet and balcony table with two chairs.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
The mini kitchens have two hot plates, fridge, sink and glass showcase with dishes / cutlery for up to three people.
The kitchen in the basement is intended for friends from several apartments and can be booked for shared cooking pleasure.
The sun terraces, which can also be reached from the ground-level lounges, as well as the natural meadow and the sun island in the stream, are available to the guests of the apartments for a free, comfortable stay.

I proprietari sono molto gentili, simpatici e accoglienti e pur non parlando italiano (noi parlavamo in inglese) non abbiamo avuto problemi a capirci. Il terrazzo con vista su bosco e torrente è davvero molto bello! Ben servito e collegato con mezzi pubblici, la fermata è proprio davanti casa.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana presso questa struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Più che un appartamento è una camera con cucinino, ma per le nostre esigenze è stato più che sufficiente. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il terrazzo affacciato sulla foresta e sul torrente, molto piacevole. Il torrente è rumoroso, ma la camera ha i doppi vetri e non si percepisce alcun rumore una volta chiusa la finestra. Buono anche il bagno.
La proprietaria è molto gentile, è madrelingua tedesca ma sta imparando l'italiano, noi ci siamo intesi senza problemi parlando il francese.
Ci ha gentilmente fornito la biancheria da camera che non avevamo portato.
Da sapere: la casa è fuori dal paese e ci sono scale da fare.
Per noi questo alloggio offre un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per una vacanza in Alto Adige in pieno agosto, consigliamo!
