The bright and spacious holiday apartment is located in Pacengo, just 4 km from the town of Lazise and 6 km from Peschiera del Garda, a few metres from the lake promenade, near the church of Pacengo. It is located on the first floor of a three-floors building with lift and parking place. The best part of the apartment is the 40sqm terrace overlooking Lake Garda, equipped with table, chairs, sun chairs and barbecue.Big three-room apartment composed by living room completely equipped for 7 people with fridge, stove, backing oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster. Comfortable double sofa-bed, Tv Sat, airco. Big bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, two windows, big wardrobe and airco. Second bedroom with two single beds, terrace, airco and private bathroom with shower box and WC, window. Second bathroom with shower box, WC, washing machine, window. No Smoking apartment. The main bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage, the second bedroom was a bit smaller but with an en-suite so that was good. Plenty of equipment/storage in the kitchen too. Location was lovely, in the grounds of the neighbouring church.
Some of the mosquito nets and shutters didn’t open, and we didn’t have the A/C working for a couple of nights but we got that sorted out. Location was fine, about 5km outside of Lazise. We had a car but I wouldn’t have liked to stay there without one. We were pleasantly surprised to find 56 restaurants next to the apartment so that was great. It was a 15/20 minute walk downhill to the lake which wasn’t so good on the way back up!! 😅

Very nice appartement for a stay of one or more weeks. Good housing - everything is in good shape - location itself is well localized with a short way to the garda sea, some reataurants and some small shops. Safe parking and quiet accept the bell of the church but once an hour ;)

Its was essy to find and parking was easy. The beds in second bedtoom was not comfortable. Rest was excellent
