About this villa rental
Villa Gardoncino is located in an elegant residence consisting of a few residential units, thus ensuring peace and privacy, and is spread over three floors for a total of 200 square meters. The villa is accessed from the ground floor via a large porch furnished with a barbecue overlooking the garden and the swimming pool for shared use. By sliding the glass door you enter the spacious and elegant living room, with a comfortable corner sofa. The kitchen is exposed and is equipped with everything needed to be able to cook independently. The sleeping area on the ground floor has a double bedroom. On the first floor, which is accessed by a spiral staircase, a large terrace overlooking the lake and pool view welcomes you, a bedroom with a double sofa bed. In the tavern on the lower floor there is a second double bed, a cot and a cot ideal for a child. There are three bathrooms, one on each floor, all equipped with toilet, sink, shower and bidet. In the basement there is also a small laundry room with washing machine and garage for cars and bicycles.

Die Unterkunft war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber, viele sinnvolle Accessoires und viel Platz. Wir hatten über 30 Grad im Schatten. Da war der große Pool ein Segen. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern Elena und Hausbesitzer David war sehr herzlich und nett. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Klare Weiterempfehlung für Paare die einfach nur Ruhe und Erholung suchen! 🥰🏖🌞
