The room was very spacious with a big balcony, had all the necessary little things. A beautiful lobby interior.
The room was worn-out - chipped corners of the baseboards and furniture, a broken outdoor chair, and a bathroom door that didn’t close. The fridge (mini-bar) in the room wasn’t working. The duvet cover had several stains and a hole. The glass balcony panels and the windows in the common areas were very dirty. A poor selection of food at breakfast.
The neighborhood where the hotel is located isn’t the best - there’s a lot of decay around, and the view from the window is of an old cargo port. Overall, it’s definitely not five-star quality, four stars at best, and the price for such conditions is very high.
