Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr freundliche Eigentümer!
Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und für eine Familie mit 4 Personen mehr als ausreichend! Es war an Utensilien alles vorhanden. Außerdem war die gesamte Wohnung bis in alle Ecken sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Einfach schön 😊
Die Lage war trotz Winter und Schnee gut zu erreichen. Die Aussicht war von allen Seiten traumhaft.

Výborná lokalita na klidném a tichém místě. Krásný výhled z terasy i z okna. Soukromí. Prostorná lyžárna. Při vyšší sněhové pokrývce nutné sněhové řetězy nebo automobil s pohonem 4x4.
Chybělo některé kuchyňské vybavení jako třeba poklice na hrnce a kastroly, Sklenice na nealkoholické nápoje. Na WC chyběl věšák na ručník. Chybějící náhradní pytle do odpadkových košů. Zmatky při odhlašování, kdy nám byl účtován poplatek za psa, kterého měla jiná rodina.

Clean, well equipped apartment in a classic Austrian wooden house. Ski storage right on the way from the house to the parking. Place is quiet and calm, perfect for relaxing evenings (in our case after skiing). Closest Ski-Amade lift is in Grossarl and it is reachable in 10 mins by car. After taking that lift you can ski down to Dorfgastein where you can take the ski-bus to Bad-Hofgastein (15 mins bus ride) or even to Sportgastein (longer, maybe 45 mins bus ride with a change in Bad Hofgastein). Another ski lift I recommend is the one in St. Johann (28 mins by car) that is connected to the Wagrain area (Snow Space Salzburg). On a no-ski day I recommend visiting Hangar 7 in Salzburg if you have interest in airplanes, F1 cars or old motorcycles (it is the Red Bull showroom).

The location is truly stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature, and the room was clean and comfortable. It is a peaceful place with great potential for relaxation.
The room was very minimally equipped (only a fridge and two glasses), and there was no possibility to heat or prepare any food in the shared kitchen. The breakfast was quite limited considering the number of guests. The most uncomfortable aspect was the behaviour of an elderly staff member, who repeatedly followed us into the kitchen, watched our actions closely, and made us feel unwelcome. On our last morning — which fell during the daylight saving change — we went to the kitchen at 6:15 (which would normally have been 7:15) just to wash our private dishes, but she again followed us and made us feel that our presence was not appreciated.
