About this apartment rental
Our ground floor apartment "Rosenhaus" has a size of approx. 75 m² and consists of a living and dining room with antique decorative tiled stove, bedroom, children's room, kitchen with 4-burner electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, blender , Toaster, shower room, terrace and garden. Sleeping places are available for 6 people. The Rosenhaus is equipped with a TV, stereo with CD player, microwave, washing machine, garden furniture and loungers. The Rosenhaus has two terraces, one for sole use to our rose garden with a view of the fishing pond, the other to the dike side. Dogs are allowed.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom sleeps up to four people. There is a bunk bed with a pull-out bed. The lower bed is 1.4m wide and the other two beds are 90cm wide. The pull-out bed is only 1.90m long.
The living room is divided into a cozy living area and an inviting dining area with a large dining table. In the kitchen there is another small dining area for 2 people.
The next restaurant on the dike is about 100m away. The Nordstrand spa center with swimming pool can be reached in a few minutes via a pedestrian bridge. There is also a bakery where you can get bread in the morning. Thanks to the pedestrian bridge, you can even send the children alone. From the dike you have a wonderful view of the Halligen.
The tourist tax and final cleaning are not included in the total price. They must be paid to the guest service on site. The final cleaning is € 60. The tourist tax is € 2.20 per day and adult.
On request, our guest service also offers a laundry package with bed linen and towels for € 15 per person.

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt im Rosenhaus. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es ist fast alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappt einwandfrei und ist auch sehr freundlich.
Die Reinigung ist an manchen Stellen etwas oberflächlich durchgeführt und die Einrichtung leider teilweise schon etwas altersschwach bzw. dadurch defekt.
Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Lage des Rosenhauses ist traumhaft und die Insel ist es ebenso.

Es ist ein grosses Ferienhaus, mit allem drum und dran, es ist schön gross, besonders für Familien mit Kindern.
Doch Leider quietscht das Gästebett sehr und die Matratzen sind durch. Ebenso hört man die Nachbarn über einen so laut auf dem Holzboden und das bis in die Nacht.
Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar und die Lage ebenso.

Das Objekt ist sehr schön und ausreichend groß für 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. In der Küche ist alles ausreichend vorhanden. Leider ist die Wohnung darüber extrem hellhörig und so ist man morgens wach, sobald die Mieter oben in der Wohnung gehen oder die Sanitäranlagen benutzen.

Leider war das Objekt sehr ungepflegt. Die Wohnung an sich ist super süß und man könnte wirklich etwas daraus machen. Nur leider wurde sich darum nicht mehr gekümmert, der Müll wurde wochenlang nicht abgeholt, die vorhandenen Grills waren kaputt und verdreckt, die Terrasse war kaum begehbar, weil sie mit Dornenranken zugewuchert war, die Terrassentür war kaputt und und und….
Leider kein Einsehen von der Vermietung! :-( Sehr schade!!
