Struttura molto accogliente, pulita e moderna, in ottima posizione a due passi dal mare e dal centro, personale sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza.

It's a very central location so perfect for walking around Chiavari and Lavagna. The apartment is quite big an spacious and faces a lovely courtyard garden.
There are a few things that the owners need to fix or replace to make it perfect - washing machine and Aircon wires sticking out on the patio is an eyesore. The shower is leaking a little and it would have been nice to have spare toilet rolls and soap available.

The nearest beach is a 10 / 15-minute walk away. It's not too far from the flat, but without a car it may be a bit of a trouble if you have kids.
