About this house rental
We have tried to keep the charm and authenticity of this house but by bringing it all the modernity possible.
Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, TV, laundry, WC
1st fl. : 4 bedrooms (2 queen size beds, 2 double beds and 2 baby beds), 1 walk-in shower room, 1 bathroom, 1 WC
2nd fl. : huge dormitory with 7 single beds, shower room with WC, large living room, TV
Enclosed grounds, parking in the courtyard, garden with garden furniture and barbecue, volleyball net
Supplied and included in the price:
* bed linen (except for baby cots)
* dish soap
* dishwasher pods
* toilet paper
* garbage bags
* bath rugs
* apron and potholders
The optional extra:
* If you want all the beds to be made for your arrival, you just need to request it in advance (a supplement of 70 € will be requested upon arrival on the premises)
Not provided :
* bathroom linen (towels, bath sheets)
* linen for baby cots (no duvet, sheet or pillow)
* the paper towel
* tea towels
The + mandatory:
* Tourist tax to be paid on arrival - rate in force on 01/01/2019: € 1.50 per night and per adult (tax which is then transferred to the Municipality)
* Compulsory cleaning fee 120 €
* Deposit 700 €
Within a 5-minute walk: 2 bakeries, 1 grocery store, 1 butcher, 1 pharmacy, 2 cafes, 1 hairdresser, 1 beauty salon

We had a lovely break away with the whole family for a birthday celebration. Having this house as the venue made it extra special. It is a fabulous entertaining space with bags of class and extras to keep the kids entertained.

Beautiful chateau, facilities were excellent and very clean. Set in an excellent location, with shops nearby and a short walk into Montreuil sur Mer.

Very comfortable house. Nicely situated with good parking. Wasn't expecting to make our own beds after tiring journey but everything you would need was there.
