About this house rental
Two luxury suites are available in this turn of the century Victorian Home located just two blocks south of Main Street, and overlooks Barons Creek. Shopping, restaurants and churches are within easy walking distance. As you can tell by the name of the home, your host is a cycling enthusiasts and even offer bike storage to his guests. The suites are decorated elegantly and with a modern flair. Your host has collected much of the art work and decorator items through the years of travel.
Downstairs (Suite 3)
A comfortable living room offers comfy leather loveseat placed to enjoy the flat screen television. A table for two with a marble top is also found in this room that doubles as a living room and kitchen. The kitchen is furnished for cooking with range/oven , large refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker.
Premium luxury linens are found under the elegant comforter topping the queen bed in the bedroom. Your host has provided a quality pillow top mattress for your sleeping comfort. Also in the bedroom is a small dressing table and mirror and plenty of places to store your clothes. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Just outside the bedroom is a private deck, which overlooks Barons Creek and the beautiful gardens which are your host's passion.
House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance
- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

Everything was perfect. The cutest little guest house equipped with everything you needed. Patio deck overlooking the creek was an extra benefit and house was just 2 blocks from downtown Fredericksburg shopping. Frank, our host, was very personable and accommodating with great recommendations for German restaurants. Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here. The place had a full-size fridge and a door to the bedroom, so there was privacy between the two areas. My favorite parts of the place were walking one block behind the house to get amazing coffee and an HEB. 2 blocks forward to the Food and Wine festival and main street action. 1 block to the best breakfast place in town. Just a great location. Met the owner, Frank, on several occasions, and he is an amazing host who truly seems to enjoy the people he shares his home with. Loved it all!

This is a great place to stay. Perfect for a couple spending a few days in Fredericksburg. Frank is a gracious and attentive host. Will be back.

Great location to walk to downtown. It is an older home, but Frank thought of everything you might need. We had a comfortable stay and would stay again in the future.
