L emplacement est parfait. Parking avec disque devant le logement.
Aucune insonorisation. On entends les enfants courir en permanence, on entends les conversation. La porte du logement est fissurée. La vaisselle est pleine de poussière. La cafetière pas lavée. Il manque de ménage des anciens occupants.

Appartement très bien situé (plein centre), la literie est très confortable, petit logement mais très bien agencé, équipement correct, logement propre, très bon rapport qualité /prix
