The apartment has a beautiful view, is equipped with everything you need, has a parking space in the basement of the building, the location is good if you want to visit the Côte d'Azur.
A little attention to detail is needed, someone skilled should take care of sockets, door handles and locks, and all sorts of small details.

Great place to visit Cannes and Cote d'Azur and to have nice walks. Not too far from Nizza. Quiet place in the hills and marvellous view over the bay on Cannes. It's a sportive task go down to the beach from the appartment and especially to go on stairs and a very steep road back but you will see a lot of things on the way.
