About this house rental
ANCIENT MILL OF THE XVIIIth century and HUNTING PAVILION in a large 9 hectare property, river and pond, completely independent.
Group composed of 2 buildings, on 320 m² and a capacity of 12 people (5 bedrooms) -
Calm and rest in a 9 hectare property in the middle of a forest at the gates of the Loire Castles.
Many garden equipment (table and chairs, armchairs, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, etc.) are available to tenants. As well as volleyball net, badminton, table tennis and pétanque balls.
Large indoor and outdoor tables for convivial meals. Fishing authorized in pond of 1 hectare.
No joint ownership: absolute tranquility. The village is 2 km away.
Cultural curiosities: Castles of La Bussières at 7 km, Briare at 18 km, Gien and its castle at 14 km, that of sully sur Loire at 35 km.
Sancerre and these vineyards 40 minutes by car.
Cleaning is optional for a rental up to 3 days (110 €) or 4 days and more (150 €). The cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit if the house is made very dirty. A deposit of 1000 € will be requested upon booking. It will be returned to you once the outgoing inventory has been checked.

Bel ensemble immobilier, de beaux volumes, des prestations conformes aux attentes. Extrême gentillesse dès l'accueil. Literie confortable. Juste un problème de remontée d'odeurs d'eaux usées sur la petite dépendance...
