About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a villa of the late nineteenth century, divided into 8 apartments, surrounded by a large park that reaches the sea. Large terrace overlooking the sea and private parking complete the property.
The accommodation is on two floors, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and large private terrace on the first floor; double bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, bedroom with two single beds bathroom with tub on the second floor. Two private parking spaces in the garden of the villa.
The private terrace of the apartment, partially covered by a gazebo, is equipped with a table and chairs to dine outdoors, in the open part, deckchairs for sunbathing.
In the kitchen, which overlooks the terrace, in addition to the normal equipment such as dish drains, burners, fridge, cupboards and oven you will also find dishwashers, electric kettle, toaster, and on request "Lavazza" espresso machine or American coffee.
The accommodation also has a washing machine, television with digital channels, WI-FI.
Are provided: bed linen and towels, tablecloth or placemats, glasses and pots.
The villa is located in the center of Castiglioncello, close to shops, bars and restaurants. It is 200 meters from the station for connections to Livorno (20 min) Pisa (30 min.), Florence (1 h 30 min), Grosseto (1 h 20 min). Through the private garden you exit directly on the seafront of Castiglioncello, a 200m walk leads us to the pine forest Marradi, a pedestrian island, where children can have fun with minigolf and jousts while their parents watch them comfortably seated at the bar tables , or looking at the windows. Going in the other direction, in 15 minutes, always on the sea promenade, you reach the tourist port "Cala de Medici". In the square of the port there are bars, restaurants and shops, and during the summer events and events of various kinds are organized. The coast is mostly rocky with some sandy beaches and characteristic sandy or rocky bays. At 2 km the famous "white beaches" of Vada (visible on the internet).

Bell’appartamento spazioso. Meno male che c’era l’aria condizionata, anche per dormire.
Bella terrazza nell’appartamento, ma anche la terrazza vicino al mare era molto comoda.
Tutto era a vicinanza della casa: spiaggia libera o a pagamento, sentiero che porta al parco e centro villaggio con ristoranti e bar lungo strada.
Camere da letto ben isolate per il rumore della strada. Tranquillo per dormire.

Dejlig stor lejlighed med det man skal bruge. Lidt varmt i soveværelserne om natten, men gode senge. Det er midt i byen, så selvfølgelig er der larm, men der er liv og det er tæt på alt. Dejlig stor altan og en stor terrasse lige ved vandet med gode liggestole. Meget venlig og hjælpsom udlejer. Vi kunne godt finde på at komme igen.

Lage gut - zentral und zur Meerseite ruhig. Schlafzimmer leider zur Straße.
Ausstattung ordentlich. Leider fallen einzelne Steckdosen aus dem Putz.
Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin.
Gutes w-Lan, leider nur italienisches TV
